Lately I’ve been thinking about putting together a Vision Board.
What’s a Vision Board, you ask? A Vision Board is a collage of pictures, quotes, affirmations, and goals of all those thing you desire or wish to achieve. It’s meant to serve as motivation to inspire you to actively work towards fulfilling your dreams.
While I feel like I visualize my goals well enough, the idea of a vision board in my face every day seems pretty powerful.
Vision Boards are meant to be assembled the old fashioned way, much like you would have done in grade school for a project. You gather a pile of magazines, poster board, glue and a pair of scissors, and go to town cutting out and gluing picture and quotes that reflect what you want and where you want to be.
Since I’m stuck in the house I thought I’d try and create a digital one. It didn’t generate the same ‘feels’ that I though building one with magazine cut outs poster board did. But I did find some cool pictures.
I thought – hey! What if I did a Vision Board on Facebook?! Then I thought – hey! I was tagged in the 10 Album covers a day thing, what if I did a 10 Day Vision Board Challenge?
So here I am – Welcome to the 10 Day Vision Board Challenge:
Day 1: I challenge YOU to post one Vision Board picture a day for 10 days. No explanation, no review, just the picture. Nominate someone else to do the same!
